SHAUN DUGAN

Shaun Dugan obtained a first class degree in psychology (Sussex University) and is about to complete his doctoral dissertation in psychology (Sussex University). He has worked as a research fellow on several projects in health psychology and organisational psychology, including cross-cultural studies of values (with Professor Peter Smith and Fons Trompenaars) and has several published journal articles. He has also worked on numerous private sector projects, including, for the past four years, data analysis for the annual 'Opportunity 2000' survey of gender inequalities in the workplace. His main academic interests are in personality psychology and methodology.
